About Chef Aaron Brooks and his restaurants
Australian native Chef Aaron Brooks is the top-rated Executive Chef at the popular Four Seasons Miami EDGE Steak and Bar and Bahia Restaurant and Pool (the Four Seasons poolside restaurant), located in Brickell.
Chef Brooks’ culinary journey has taken him all over the world from Australia to Canada to New England.
You might even recognize him from his guest appearance on Cooking Channel’s “Man Fire Food”.
But today, it’s the colorful city of Miami that he calls home.
And while Brooks effortlessly immerses himself in the local cuisine scene no matter where he travels, since 2011, it’s Miami’s vibrant Latin culture that has served as an inspiration for his creations.

EDGE Steak and Bar serves Brunch, Lunch and Dinner featuring everything from eggs benedict by day to wagyu New York strip by night.
They also host the occasional private dining events, which attract both tourists and locals alike.
EDGE Steak and Bar is located on the 7th floor of the Four Seasons in Brickell and is open to the public year round.
