As a writer (see Miami Culinary Tours, Haute Dining), baker (check him out on Instagram and at Buttercream Cupcakes & Coffee), and restaurant industry veteran (having worked at Lokal and Kush), he’s pretty much a renaissance man of the Miami food scene. #FoodieFriends – RandoMiami

In our fourth installment of Foodie Friends, we’re highlighting one of our favorite food blogs, RandoMiami and the fun, charismatic gal behind the blog, Katy Coffield. We’ll preface her Q&A by stating that this 25-year-old knows how to have a good time and keep you well entertained. When we caught up with Katy earlier this week, we laughed, we drank, we ate, and then we laughed some more. We enjoyed drinks at Ball and Chain, and after having cocktails as appetizers, we somehow justified making our way to dinner at the ice cream mecca Azúcar where we all indulged in some Abuela Maria.
