Mo Momi Mo Problems

Last year I professed my love for Momi Ramen in Brickell, the little ramen shop that has been open since 2012 and never fails to transport me back to Japan – both in terms of food and décor. So, needless to say, I was beyond excited when I heard the Momi empire was expanding earlier this year by opening a Gyoza bar, and right around the corner no less! I instantly thought that the simple, focused menu and quality food that defines Momi Ramen could easily and successfully be replicated with dumplings.
